ATAA Presidents congratualtion message
It is an honor and privilege for me to acknowledge, on this 20th Anniversary of SNETACA's founding, the tremendous achievements SNETACA have shown over the years, in promoting the Turkish culture and heritage and improving the social, cultural, and educational standing of the Turkish-American community in Connecticut and neighboring states.
Republic Day Balls, 10 Kasim Ataturk Day, 23 Nisan Children's Day, 19 Mayis Youth & Sports Day, 30 Agustos The Victory & Independence Day, Turkish Flag Raising ceremonies at the state capitol, Turkish School, Turkish Festivals, letter writing campaigns fighting defamation of Turkish history, fundrasing activities and many other successful events organized by SNETACA, not only raised awareness in Connceticut of the magnificent Turkish heritage, but also endeared SNETACA to ATAA as a very active component associations.
